Refund Policy

Simple rule: if you don't get a code, you don't pay.

Automatic refunds

Every order has a timer of 10 to 20 minutes. If no SMS reaches the number before it ends, the order is marked refunded and the full price is returned to your balance automatically.

Manual cancellation

You can cancel any order that is still waiting for an SMS from your dashboard. The refund is instant.

When refunds don't apply

An SMS was delivered to the number, even if the code was not what you expected.
The account was suspended for breaking our Authorized Uses policy.

Balance withdrawals

Unused balance can be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of the top-up, minus any processor fees. Contact support to request it.
