Privacy Policy

Privacy is the reason SMSVault exists, so we collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed password.
Order data: the service, country, number assigned and the SMS code delivered.
Payment data: amounts and methods. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.

To run the service, credit refunds, prevent abuse and answer support requests. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

SMS contents are deleted 30 days after an order ends. Account and billing records are kept as long as the law requires.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time through the support page.

We only use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference.
